Journey maps + big idea

We spent the class working through a journey map and trying to define our big idea. We went through a couple of iterations of the journey map and the big idea and got feedback from the tutors and other students.

We found that even though we knew what our big idea was, it was hard to define in a short concise statement so we started with the journey map and worked out all the little problems we had first. We found that through creating a really in depth journey map we could convey our idea better to people and show rather than tell. It helped us to develop our idea which was actually a lot different by the time we got to our big idea.

We had a lot of feedback from the tutors and students and developed our idea a lot. We are definitely a lot more confident with the direction we are heading after our feedback but feel like we need to do some more research and point of view statement tweaking in order to strengthen the base idea.

Moving forward >>>

After our feedback we have a lot of directions and questions to look into that will help strengthen the outcome and purpose of the space.

We also have a lot of fine tweaking to do and tensions to balance in order to make sure that the space works exactly as we intend it to.
